Ulmus parvifolia ‘Allee’

An upright spreading tree with a puzzle-like pattern bark that exfoliates to grey, green and orange-brown tones, it is flecked with burnt orange corkish lenticels. The trunk is in a irregularly fluted shape. The glossy green leaves are densely borne at the ends of fine branches creating a dense canopy. Fall color is a subdued yellow and orange. Resistant to Dutch elm disease and elm leaf beetle.
