Apples ‘Granny Smith’

The skin is a vibrant green with a slight pink blush in some areas. The texture is firm with a bright white interior. The 'Granny Smith' apple has a strong tartness resembling lemons. The shape is round to cone-shaped and medium to large in size. This fruit is excellent for all types of baking, freezing, salads and poaching. They are harvested in late September and early October. Is self fertile.
