Acer rubrum ‘Brandywine’

Brandywine' maple trees are the number one choice for lawn, shade or street trees. This cultivar is a cross of 'October Glory' and 'Autumn Flame' red maple. Fall foliage colors begin red turning to a more purple autumn color. Since this tree only produces male flowers the 'Brandywine' does not fruit. A fast growing shade tree will mature into an oval crown in just 12 years.
